They are looking for a Manufacturing Technician - Swing Shift to join their team. This role is a CONTRACT position. Position will be ONSITE. Candidate must be able to commute onsite to San Francisco, CA.Available Shift:**Swing Shift – 2PM – 10:30PM – Monday through Friday – Some work on Saturday as needed****Parking covered****$30 - $35/hr**Position Requirements:Follow all Safety and Laser Safety procedures and requirementsBe able to construct, test and calibrate engineering and production robotic and computer-controlled assembly systems using engineering prints, schematics, assembly instructions and engineering directionKnowledgeable in high precision measuring equipment, calibration, and detailed record generationExperienced and Proficient in the following:Mechanical hand and power toolsOscilloscopes, DMM, Signal Generators, Optics, CamerasLaser safety, lasers, laser pattern recognition, beam focus, and active alignmentAuto dispense and cure of UV adhesiveMultiple axis, vision assisted, computer controlled robotic assembly equipment in both a R/D and Volume Manufacturing environmentIdentification of “Root” Cause of Manufacturing, Quality and Yield issuesMicrosoft Office, Standard SPC and Flowcharts packagesPneumatic actuated Slides, Grippers, etc.Hex Pod Tables, Active AlignmentExcellent reading, writing, and communication skills in EnglishMinimum of 5 years industry experience, Lidar Sensor experience preferred but not requiredBe able to stand for long periods of timeLift and carry 35 lbsRed Oak Technologies is made up of people from a wide variety of backgrounds and lifestyles.
