The candidate will have experience in business development with background in trenchless engineering design and construction.Responsibilities:Lead trenchless project planning and designPerform business development for trenchless pursuitsPreparation of technical reports and other documentsPreparation of contract documents including drawings and specificationsManaging tasks and mentoring junior staffReview of contractor submittals and RFI’sWork on a variety of office and field assignmentsEnsure quality assurance and quality control procedures are followedQualifications:BS in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering, MS preferredProfessional Engineering registration in one or more of the following states: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington D.C.Experience leading the design of trenchless projectsMust be willing to take field assignmentsField experience on trenchless projects is preferredTrenchless rehabilitation experience is preferredAbility to manage a number of concurrent assignments and priorities and supervise junior staff on project tasksStrong analytical and technical communication skillsARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?If you feel that you would be right for this position, please fill out our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application so that we can review your information.
