You'll join a talented Architecture firm focused on Education projects; DSA, K-12, Higher Education, and leading PA/PM efforts as you lead teams, projects, and design/project delivery within our OC studio.What You Need:7+ Yrs. of experience working as an Architect or PM3+ Yrs. of recent Education (DSA, K-12, Higher Ed) project experience requiredCA Licensed Architect / NCARB is mandatory for all Architects / for PMs, not requiredRevit Proficient & design softwareExp. with design through construction, construction admin/documentation, project delivery/rollout, schematic design, budgets, submittals, RFPs/RFQs, etc.Excellent tenureWhat We Offer - Competitive Full Package:Salary Ranges: $100-150,000/year (DOE)Bonuses, bi-annualFull Benefits: Medical, dental, vision401K matchGenerous PTO/VacationAdditional perks, benefits, incentivesFlexible Schedule/hoursHybrid Schedule: 3-4+ days in studio expectedInterested, qualified, local?
