Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yrManage general and preventative maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure.Area Chief Engineer – Regional Director of EngineeringEssential Job FunctionsInterview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.Maintain the hotel R&M budget.Conduct room inspections, and identify repair needs.Manage and coordinate bids, quotes and contracts for 3rdparty vendors.Oversee small projects, or PIPS, and manage and report on the work stall or repair sheet rock and other wall coverings.Paint designated areas and stall and replace basic electrical fixtures.
