Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .ResponsibilitiesLead the definition of power architecture requirements for next-generation Tensor mobile SoCs to optimize Power-Performance-Area (PPA) under peak current and thermal constraints. Represent this area to senior leadership terface with and drive cross-functional silicon, hardware, and software teams to deliver industry-leading power efficiency for our cutting-edge SoCs.Define the system power architecture for our System-on-a-Chip (SoC) including power states, power sequencing, voltage domains and IP requirements.Drive peak power and voltage droop management and mitigation architectures and strategies.Work cross-functionally across organizations to understand product requirements and translate them to hardware-software system power requirements.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
