This includes board-level hardware design, algorithm development, software implementation and validation on both custom and standard automated test equipment (ATE) platforms. Masters or PhD preferred.Hands-on skills with ATE platforms such as Teradyne's ETS-364, ETS-88, uFLEX and LTX-Credence's ASL1KKnowledge of analog electronics and experience with board-level design and debug.Experience in statistical analysis of test data.Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation.
