OverviewJoin to apply for the GPU STA Engineer (San Diego/Austin) role at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.ResponsibilitiesTiming analysis, validation and debug across multi-mode, multi-voltage domain designs using industry standard timing toolsSTA setup, convergence, reviews and signoff for multi-mode, multi-voltage domain designsWork on automation scripts within STA/PD/synthesis tools for methodology development and flow optimizationPushing PPA to best possible extent using knowledge of high performance and low power implementation techniquesExecute and deliver project goals in a timely manner with team supportDebug to resolve issues in all phases of development to assure smooth project executionMinimum QualificationsBachelor/'s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience in static timing analysis, constraints and other physical implementation aspectsFamiliar with digital flow design and industry standard tools used for RTL to GDS implementationGood technical writing and communication skills in a cross-collaborative environmentExperience in deep submicron process technology nodesScripting experience using TCL and preferably Perl/Python as well.Pay Range and Benefits$108,500.00 - $162,700.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
