In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our systems, equipment, and infrastructure. You'll leverage analytical tools and methodologies to identify risks, improve processes, and drive system reliability across our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze asset performance data to identify failure patterns and recommend improvementsDevelop and implement reliability and maintenance strategies (RCM, FMEA, TPM, etc.)Track and report key reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, failure rate, etc.)Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to address chronic equipment issuesLead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on critical failuresSupport capital projects by ensuring reliability considerations are factored into designsDevelop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programsContribute to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence initiativesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)3+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or operations engineeringFamiliarity with CMMS software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)Knowledge of reliability methodologies like FMEA, RCA, Weibull Analysis, etc.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsCertification in reliability (e.g., CRE, CMRP) is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentWork in a collaborative environment with cutting-edge technologyDrive impactful change in a key role that supports operational excellenceBy providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
