Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Process Mechanical Engineer Project Manager - Wastewater PM to join our team! You will be responsible for the design and development of intelligent systems and industrial systems control. The candidate shall have a PE license in Maryland/Virginia/DC (any one of the states and/or another state with ability to do reciprocity for MD/VA/DC).Responsibilities and Qualifications:Mechanical Engineer shall have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.Five years of experience performing engineering design related functions for water and/or wastewater facilities owned by municipalities or regional water and/or wastewater authorities.Capable of performing principal level mechanical engineering work in the field, plant, and/or office; and able to work independently.Shall be registered as a Professional Engineer in Maryland, Virginia, or DC.Proficiency in tools such as Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) like Unifier, e-Builder, etc. (not required but a plus).Provide technical reviews of submittal packages, including technical analyses, design criteria reports, contract plans, and specifications.Review contract drawings for sufficient detail and proper design of equipment bases/supports.Review contract specifications for mechanical systems, equipment, and materials for durability and reliability.Respond to RFIs and develop field orders for construction projects.Familiarity with CAD or related software.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Deadline and detail-oriented. #J-18808-Ljbffr
