The Install Lead I role offers a customizable experience with specialized skills.Responsibilities:Strong ability to multitask and collaborateProject management skillsKnowledge of service parts and proceduresAdvanced skills in aluminum applications and finish carpentryAbility to install various product types offered by RbAAssessment and problem-solving abilitiesSafety assessment and hazard management on job sitesCollaborate with other installers for efficiency and proper techniquesBuild positive homeowner relationsAdhere to safety protocols and company policiesEnsure flawless first-time installationsMaintain company vehicle and demonstrate punctualityProvide training and mentorship to team membersSupport warehouse activities and minor service callsQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentValid Driver’s License and ability to pass fleet checksBasic construction knowledge and terminologyState Contractors license preferredUnderstanding of OSHA regulations and safety practicesSkills and Competencies:Conflict resolution and communication skillsOrganizational skills for managing schedules and stocksBasic math skillsAbility to work independently and flexiblyPhysical ability to lift up to 83 poundsAdvanced teaching and training skills in carpentry, construction, and installationKnowledge of building codes and water managementSalary: $27.72 - $41.58 per hour plus incentives, based on experience and qualifications.Culture & Benefits:We aim to make a difference in our communities and within our teams.
