OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager with 8+ years of related experience in civil site development, preferably with project experience in the Puget Sound area. The ideal candidate will hold a P.E. license in Washington State and bring extensive experience managing complex, multi-phased site development projects for sectors such as K-12 and Higher Education. This role requires a candidate who can work directly with clients, architects, and jurisdictions and take full ownership of projects from initial concepts through design, permitting, and construction coordination.The Project Manager will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing technical design, coordinating permitting strategies, managing project budgets and schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships. Projects will span a variety of sectors, including K-12 and Higher Education Facilities, Healthcare, Commercial and Office developments, Municipal, and more.This position is a full-time hybrid role that offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
