The IP Routing Hardware organization features a very flat structure, with few management levels between individual contributors and the VP of Hardware. We operate efficiently, allowing each Hardware Engineer to focus more on engineering work and less on overhead. As a result, your work will have high visibility, and your decisions will directly impact product design.QualificationsMinimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering10+ years of experience designing complex PCB designsUnderstanding of ultra high-speed PCB circuit design and methodologiesExcellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skillsIt would be advantageous if you also have:Experience with stack-up design, signal integrity simulation, and power circuitryFamiliarity with EMC/EMI/Safety standards and ITU/IEEE/Bellcore telecommunications standardsProgramming/Scripting skills (C/Python)ResponsibilitiesAs a Hardware Engineer, you will:Design complex, multilayer printed circuit boardsDrive and manage your design through the development process from concept to production releaseVerify prototype hardware under thermal and environmental conditionsCollaborate with the Factory to release high-quality productsResolve customer issues promptly and professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
