The candidate will have experience in business development with background in water/wastewater underground infrastructure design and construction.Responsibilities:Lead underground project planning and designPerform business development for water/wastewater underground projects pursuits in New England areaPreparation of technical reports and other documentsPreparation of contract documents including drawings and specificationsManaging tasks and mentoring junior staffReview of contractor submittals and RFI'sWork on a variety of office and field assignmentsEnsure quality assurance and quality control procedures are followedQualifications:BS in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering, MS preferredProfessional Engineering registration in Massachusetts or ability to obtain in a yearExperience in leading or managing design of underground projectsAbility to manage a number of concurrent assignments and priorities and supervise junior staff on project tasksStrong analytical and technical communication skillsARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?If you feel that you would be right for this position, please fill out our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application so that we can review your information.
