What You'll DoProvide technical expertise and support Facilities staff within the region.Perform the following responsibilities:Oversee projects.Review technical reports.Prepare and review proposals.Assist in business development and marketing efforts by maintaining and developing client relationships.Additional responsibilities may include:Leading and mentoring junior staff members.Performing regional responsibilities.Mentor Facilities Associate Principals.Participate in review committees for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation (Facilities).What We're Looking ForFor Engineers and Architects: Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. For those with specialized Master-level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is acceptable.Active Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP) from the International Code Council (ICC).
