Our Baltimore office is now building internal design teams to meet increasing project demand and support our long-term growth strategy.Position Summary:We are hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead HVAC system design and develop a growing mechanical design team. This position requires both technical excellence and leadership ability, as well as experience designing systems for institutional, healthcare, and federal projects.Key Responsibilities:· Design HVAC systems and perform energy/load calculations· Conduct system surveys and write technical specifications· Oversee QA/QC and ensure code compliance· Manage and mentor junior engineers· Lead client meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teamsQualifications:· PE license required· Minimum 10 years of HVAC design experience· U.S. Citizenship with clearance eligibility· Revit, AutoCAD, and Trace 700/IES proficiency· 2+ years of project management experience (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
