Uniformed Services Equipment Specialist

Versar is seeking a Uniformed Services Equipment Specialist to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Protective Service (FPS). Contingent upon award.Duties/Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of presentation materialsMaintain confidentiality of informationPrepare, edit, and assemble reports required for meetings and presentationsWork effectively with other branches and divisions within the organization to accomplish tasksProvide assistance, as needed, with special projectsComplete other ad hoc assignments, as determinedCoordinate and perform all asset accountability functions in accordance with government guidance and industry best practicesProvide monthly inventory reports in accordance with government guidelinesDevelop inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferredRun monthly analyses on vehicle maintenance and mileageProvide logistical support to various branches within the nationProvide presentation support (as needed)Logistic ManagementLoss Prevention and Shrink ManagementWarehouse Waste ManagementVehicle Inspection (as needed)Requirements:A minimum of four years of experience in conducting analytical and support activities related to Uniformed Services EquipmentA minimum education requirement of a Bachelor’s Degree.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingAbility to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical dataAbility to read and interpret management policy, regulations, and directivesProficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 or higher to include Word, Access, Excel, PowerPointAbility to work effectively with a group or independentlyAbout the companyVersar is a world-class, global project management company providing balanced solutions to the public and private sector in Environmental Services, Security Systems, Engineering and Construction, and Professional Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
