Reliability Engineer - ASRLocation: United States, Baltimore, MarylandJob Skills: Construction Management and Commissioning, Engineering and Project ManagementType: ContractJob ID: 163237Salary: NegotiableSummary: This position provides leadership in the organization or functional area, primarily engaged in management activities that establish the direction of a department, function, or project. It requires applying knowledge gained from experience and expertise to the duties and responsibilities. The role involves making decisions that may impact the organization, employees, clients, budgets, policies, procedures, work practices, or compliance programs.Scope: Responsible for strategic maintenance programs to enhance plant equipment reliability and improve work processes, safety, and diagnostic and problem-solving abilities of the maintenance workforce.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure best practices by implementing and sustaining Operations and Maintenance (O&M) practices, including reliability, plant, and maintenance engineering, planning, scheduling, materials management, and change management.Manage work to contract terms by eliminating leakage and optimizing returns.Promote multi-discipline applications by understanding project planning/scheduling, maintenance engineering, and project control systems.Support operations through project execution, quality, and schedule compliance activities.Develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs to improve service quality.Reduce operational costs by planning and scheduling routine maintenance, preventative/predictive maintenance, and outages.Participate in project alignments with plant operations personnel to optimize plant operations.Assess client capabilities and suggest revisions to operational work methods to develop business opportunities.Develop marketing strategies by creating project business models and pricing strategies.Minimum Qualifications:Accredited four-year degree or equivalent in a relevant field and eight years of related experience, or a total of twelve years of experience if non-degreed.Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.Technical knowledge necessary to perform the job.Ability to learn and apply applicable laws and guidelines.Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within time constraints.TRS Staffing Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
