We believe in solving real-world problems with elegant engineering, and we’re growing fast.Now, we’re looking for a Senior Production Test Engineer who’s excited to take ownership of building and scaling our test infrastructure from the ground up.What You’ll Do:As our go-to test engineering expert, you’ll be the bridge between R&D and manufacturing, ensuring our cutting-edge optical modules meet performance, quality, and reliability standards. You’ll wear multiple hats—designing test systems, automating processes, digging into data, and helping scale production from pilot to high volume.Your responsibilities will include:Design and Implement Test Infrastructure: Develop and deploy production test setups for optical transceivers (e.g., 100G/400G/800G), including electrical and optical testing at wafer, module, and final assembly levels.Automate and Scale: Create and maintain test automation scripts (Python, TestStand, etc.) that scale from engineering builds to volume manufacturing. Help define test strategies that evolve with product maturity.Analyze and Optimize: Use data to improve test yield, reduce cycle time, and eliminate bottlenecks. Leverage SPC, process capability studies, and deep dives into test results to drive improvements.Debug and Problem Solve: Lead root-cause investigations for test failures. Work hands-on with hardware teams to debug photonic/electrical issues at the component and system level.Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with design, reliability, and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from NPI to production.
