The cornerstones of this position are the goals of driving the reduction in Test Turnaround Time while maintaining high quality and reliability and maximizing on-time delivery.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesUnderstand fully customer and company requirements for integrated server and switch configuration and functional testing and test data.Managing testing team, identify and fix testing issues to secure testing throughput meet desired capacity.Define and maintain the test development process.Drives design, development, and implementation of methods to validate and troubleshoot newly developed or redesigned servers.Works collaboratively with other company locations and vendors to maximize test efficiency.Oversees the test plan development, software development, and test plan execution, results analysis, root cause identification, and reporting.Analyzes failure reports and ensures processes are being implemented to improve product reliability and quality.Provide clear and regular technical and administrative direction to professional, technical and administrative personnel assigned to projects.Prepare or direct the preparation of oral and written reports of current project status, as required by the customer, program management or senior management. Prepare tradeoff studies and implement alternative approaches to mitigate schedule teract professionally at all levels throughout the company and with consultants and customers. Comply with applicable corporate and departmental policies.Manage our Test Engineering function. Hires and trains staff.
