Dry Docks Manager

OverviewTitle: Dry Docks Manager — Location: Remote — Type: Direct Placement — Compensation: $76,000 - $115,000 annualResponsibilitiesContract and manage on-site dry dock logistics providers. Responsible for performance and day-to-day activities for all 3PL contractors.Establish key metrics and success criteria for projects.Plan and manage the timetable and deadlines to ensure timely execution of material logistics to support projects. Escalate to upper management when issues are not resolved in a timely manner.Plan and execute all material logistics aspects of Dry Docks and special projects.Manage timelines and communications with both internal and external partners.Develop master schedule for shipping cut-offs and exception management.Maintain positive work relationships with all stakeholders.Create procedures for reverse logistics and product returns. Capture lessons learned at the end of each project with major stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Finance.
