We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our growing portfolio of commercial construction projects.Why work with us:-Tons of projects in the pipeline (30+)-Tons of growth opportunity - we like to have folks grow from within-Super tight knit and hands on culture - tons of team outings (fishing trips/outside events etc.)-Performance Based bonuses that can range upwards of 25%Position Summary:As a Commercial Construction Project Engineer, youll play a key role in supporting project managers and superintendents to ensure smooth project execution. You'll help manage documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, all while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of construction projectsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily documentationCollaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendorsMonitor project costs and prepare budget tracking reportsSupport procurement and delivery of materials and equipmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company standardsConduct site visits and assist in progress reportingHelp maintain accurate project records and documentationQualifications:Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field13+ years of experience in commercial construction (internships included)Familiarity with construction drawings, specs, and documentationStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesOSHA 10 or 30 certification a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for growth and professional developmentA supportive and dynamic team environmentIf interested you can apply to this position or email your resume to view additional roles we are recruiting for, please visit: #J-18808-Ljbffr
