This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of food and beverage manufacturing across multiple facilities nationwide. If you have a passion for engineering excellence, innovation in aseptic technologies, and driving operational performance, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of product strategies across a diverse portfolio of liquid food products.Design and optimize processing systems for dairy, juice, viscous concentrates, and other aseptic applications.Troubleshoot and improve existing manufacturing lines to boost safety, reliability, and product quality.Develop conceptual designs for new packaging and processing systems.Manage multiple capital projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Research and evaluate emerging technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.Represent the company at industry events and technical conferences to stay ahead of trends in aseptic processing.Ensure all engineering solutions comply with food safety, personnel safety, and regulatory standards.Maintain awareness of relevant engineering codes and regulations.Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in aseptic processing.4+ years of progressive engineering experience in food or beverage manufacturing.Strong communication and project management skills.Willingness to travelProficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on complex projects.Deep understanding of aseptic processing and packaging technologies.Sounds like a good fit?
