This team ensures infrastructure, materials, tools, and equipment are in place to rapidly iterate and print, supporting Aeon-1 and developing technologies for Aeon-R.About the Role:Support the installation, commissioning, and operation of additive post-processing manufacturing equipmentDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, checklists, and safety protocols for additive manufacturing, including post-processing equipmentBe responsible for establishing process flow to meet production rate and quality goalsCommunicate roadblocks to team leaders and technicians promptly to appropriately react, contain, and recoverTrack machine utilization and drive reductions in planned and unplanned downtimePerform manufacturing ROI and cost trade analysis optimizing machine capital and process improvementsDevelop and implement tooling and statistical process control into production processes to further improve reliability and reduce cost and lead timeAbout You:BS Degree in Engineering (or relevant technical discipline)5+ years of experience with process engineering in a manufacturing environmentExperience working with powder bed fusion metal printingExperience working in a fast-paced, iterative design environmentExperience working within ISO AS9100/ISO9000, medical device manufacturing environment, or similarNice to have, but not required:Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices, such as 5S or Six SigmaCompensation and BenefitsWe are committed to transparency and fairness in compensation.
