Candidates must have at least 7+ years of experience as a Director of Radiology or Imaging in hospitals with 250+ beds. Responsible for the operations of the assigned department, demonstrating productive and efficient management skills. Must excel in identifying and controlling critical cost elements, promoting quality awareness, and achieving high standards of excellence. Assist in formulating departmental budgets and ensuring adherence to standards. Ensure performance improvement initiatives are implemented. Monitor staff performance. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and the Chief Operating Officer to ensure policy compliance and proper implementation aligned with patient care standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of progressive management experience preferred. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred. Demonstrates leadership, critical thinking, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications. Must have strong knowledge in leadership, budgeting, staffing, program development, physician relations, policies, and procedures with proven accomplishments and results.
