We are looking for entry-level candidates who are hands-on, highly motivated, and team players. Candidates should have a solid understanding of some or all of the following areas: Precision mechanical design Optical and opto-mechanical design Mechatronics Additionally, knowledge in heat transfer, vibrations, fluid dynamics, and manufacturing processes is desirable. Primary responsibilities include setting up and conducting experimental lab work to validate specifications and conceptual designs, debugging and fixing issues, designing or redesigning mechanical components, and working with vendors to fabricate parts to specifications. Minimum Qualifications Doctorate (Academic) Degree with 3 years of related work experience Master's Degree with 6 years of related work experience Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related work experience Educational background: BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering. Additional Information Base Pay Range: $125,100.00 - $212,700.00 KLA's total rewards package may include performance incentives, benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company matching, employee stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement, development opportunities, wellness benefits, paid time off, and family leave.
