Associate Field Installation Project Manager - EastPay CompetitiveEmployment type: Full-TimeJob DescriptionReq#: 5382What to Expect:Will learn all aspects of the Field Installation Project Manager RoleWorks closely with East/West Project Management Team throughout the pre-install phase and physical installation phase of the Hologic Portfolio of Capital EquipmentWill attend customer meetings to learn the key steps in the installation process to ensure an exceptional experience for the customer.Reviews site-planning information with PM/customer. Ensures information has been provided and approved by customer. Works closely with PM/FE to obtain accurate information to prepare for install. If possible, walk through with FE and customer onsite to prep for site planning.Will complete Work Orders for orders designated by the PM teamWill complete Quarterly Analysis for finance on Aging BacklogWill work with Audit team on Aged Sales orders projectWill learn to analyze options and offer alternative scheduling solutions with customers to not only benefit and accommodate the customer’s needs but the company’s best interest as well.Contact IT/Connectivity and coordinates a meeting/conf call with customer to ensure IT requirements are met upon equipment delivery.Validates site readiness and communicates any schedule changes to PM.Once trained, will provide vacation and FLMA PM coverage as needed in East/West AreasProvides multiple sources of information to the customer.Review existing Hologic equipment configuration/s prior to delivery of new equipment to ensure compatibility…i.e. hardware, software, connectivity. Procedure step to be performed by territory CS.What We Expect:Experience:2 to 5 years’ work experience. Site planning and/or installation coordination is a plus.Qualifications:Will learn to establish, schedule, track and communicate all activities related to the installation of Hologic’s portfolio of imaging products. This includes pre-installation planning and equipment layout, site readiness, equipment delivery, and coordination and communication of FE, Connectivity, and Applications activities. Must be detail-oriented and very organized.Must be able to travel within assigned territory as needed to meet with customers, contractors, and Hologic service personnel. Minimum travel expectation is 20%.Technical aptitudeExcellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to deal with customer issues of critical importance, in a sensitive but effective manner.Able to prioritize and execute complex scheduling tasks in a multi-tasking, interrupt-driven environment.Willingness to learn to interpret architectural/construction drawings including general construction, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, communications/networking.Ability to schedule, track, and communicate multiple concurrent activities at multiple customer facilities.Education:Associate degree in a technical discipline. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent blend of education and experience may be considered.Additional Information:The annualized base salary range for this role is $61,000 to $95,000 and is bonus eligible.
