We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer to own and drive our CI/CD strategy, with a special focus on creating a fast, safe, and reliable path to production. You will architect the next generation of developer tooling, directly accelerating our pace of innovation from commit to deployment.What You Will DoArchitect, build, and scale robust CI/CD infrastructure for complex microservices environments.Strategize best ways for implementing the continuous deployment of dynamically growing Kubernetes/Docker-based microservices architecturesLead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge developer tools, including advanced automation and AI-powered solutions, to improve engineering velocity and productivityCollaborate with Netskope internal partner teams to ensure the platform meets stakeholder needs.Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure the reliability of the critical systems you build.Required Skills and Experience15+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in designing and building CI/CD platforms, with strong emphasis on Continuous DeploymentsA proven ability to lead technical strategy, influence cross-functional teams, and mentor other engineers.Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with an insatiable curiosity and comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.Deep expertise with modern technologies, including:Languages: Python, GoLang, knowledge with Java Spring framework would be preferredCI/CD & Automation: Drone, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Helm.
