The facility located between the Bay Area and the Central Valley of CA. This director will ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of our potable water treatment facility, wastewater treatment facility, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, work order system, and all other mechanical systems.Base salary $120 - $150k (higher end of range requires 7-10 + years of hotel experience)Full benefitsPTO & VacationM-F 8-5 onsite positionLead and manage the engineering team, providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities.Develop strategies to improve system efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
