What you/'ll doContribute to a strategy and multi-year plan incorporating all parts of IGA: access requests, lifecycle events, provisioning functions, role-based access, separation of duties, access certificationsDesign, develop and troubleshoot IGA solutions with the ability to provide technical and architectural design documentation, recommendations, specifications, use cases, requirements and test casesEliminate duplicative capabilities where possible, reduce complexities, and leverage enterprise standards and industry best practicesEstablish strong relationships and collaborate with technology partners and business lines to define agreed upon requirements and outcomesConduct user access review campaigns in accordance with regulatory and compliance needs for systems integrated with IGA platformDefine best practices and development of troubleshooting processes, methodologies, standards, alerts and reporting from IGA platform(s) for operational monitoringMonitor production IGA system issues, resolve outages, and collaborate across IAM team to prevent future occurrencesIdentify, manage and remediate risks, issues, and roadblocks for timely deliveryPartner with internal technical teams ensuring strategy and roadmaps are well understood while monitoring successful implementationLead change by inspiring shared purpose, drive awareness, communications, documentation, and trainingDevelop and implement program communications framework and metrics to keep stakeholders, customers, and IAM colleagues well informedAssist with regression and integration testing for newly developed enhancements inside the IGA platformCross-train with other IGA team members to deepen product knowledge The experience you bring1-3 years Information Security experience with strong focus in IAM IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Oracle)Strong technical understanding of SailPoint ISC/IIQ product capabilitiesExperience with identity lifecycle events/workflows (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)Experience with user access review campaign creation and maintenanceProficiency in Java Beanshell, XML, and/or PowerShell preferredExperience with centralized and decentralized IGA modelsKnowledge and experience automating IGA processes via out-of-box capabilities, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or custom connectors/APIsKnowledge of Least Privileged Access Modeling, Role Based Access Control, and Separation of DutyExperience with Agile methodologies and toolsProven ability to influence at senior management levels in multi-cultural environmentsAbility to manage complex activities to shorten timescalesCommitment to continuous improvement What makes you stand outBA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fieldCISSP, CISM, CISA or other relevant security certifications; knowledge of ISO and NIST security standards is a plus Benefits start Day 1Your wellbeing is important.
