In this role, you will:Develop and implement drill & blast optimization systems that span sensors to ML-driven control.Build out an ecosystem of technology partners, identifying and bringing critical capabilities in-house.Surface operational insights in ways that support smarter, faster decision-making.Engineer out non-value-added work and design scalable, automated workflows.This is a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, software, and operations.
