Associate Field Installation Project Manager - WestPay: CompetitiveEmployment type: Full-TimeJob DescriptionReq#: 5383What to Expect:Learn all aspects of the Field Installation Project Manager role.Collaborate closely with the East/West Project Management Teams during pre-installation and installation phases of Hologic's capital equipment.Attend customer meetings to understand the installation process and ensure an exceptional customer experience.Review site-planning information with project managers and customers, ensuring accuracy and plete Work Orders as assigned by the project management team.Perform Quarterly Analysis for finance on Aging Backlog.Coordinate with the Audit team on the Aged Sales Orders project.Learn to analyze options and propose scheduling solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.Coordinate IT/Connectivity meetings with customers to meet equipment delivery requirements.Validate site readiness and communicate schedule changes to project managers.Provide coverage for vacation and FMLA in East/West areas once trained.Provide comprehensive information to customers regarding equipment and installation.Review existing equipment configurations before delivery to ensure compatibility.What We ExpectExperience:2 to 5 years of work experience; site planning or installation coordination is a plus.Qualifications:Ability to establish, schedule, track, and communicate installation activities including planning, site readiness, and coordination with various teams.Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.Willingness to travel within the territory (minimum 20%).Technical aptitude and excellent communication skills.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities across different customer sites.Willingness to learn architectural and construction drawings, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and networking.Education:Associate degree in a technical discipline; Bachelor’s preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.Additional InformationSalary range: $61,000 to $95,000 annually, bonus eligible.
