We enable fast, high-quality communications, secure financial transactions, reliable consumer electronics, differentiated brands, and a host of other solutions. Manufacturing processes in Santa Rosa include roll-to-roll thin film coating for pigment products and rigid substrate thin film coatings to achieve specific optical properties. Wafer level packaging (WLP) processes allow use of integrated circuits within the wafers that then receive a patterned thin film coating, enhancing customer value. Other manufacturing sites supported include Beijing China and Chandler Arizona (roll-to-roll coating), Suzhou China (rigid substrates coating), and Rochester New York (optical diffusers).This role will support control systems for industrial equipment in a 24-7 manufacturing environment. Design, development, and commissioning of control systems hardware and software.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Generate structured, well documented, and robust PLC and HMI code meeting project objectives. Assist with equipment troubleshooting, machine upgrades, maintenance and operations support. Lead, motivate others, and/or contribute to a team-work environment. Manage large-scale industrial automation projects.
