We have a full-time position available for a refrigeration engineer.Responsibilities include:Conducting job-site surveysCalculating refrigeration requirements for process cooling and building loadsAssisting in developing project documentation such as drawings, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's), equipment schedules, details, specifications, scope of work, etc.Selecting and applying system equipment to new and existing systemsCoordinating technical specifications, delivery requirements, and quotation parameters with outside equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and clientsSome travel will be required.The successful candidate must have:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in mechanical engineering from an accredited four-year college or universityAt least five years of relevant mechanical experiencePE license in any state with the ability to obtain in other statesThe ideal candidate will have experience with:Project managementAmmonia refrigeration designChilled water/hydronic designEquipment selectionDeveloping piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)Microsoft Office softwareMentoring less experienced staffIf you possess strong communication and organizational skills, are self-motivated, and can work independently or as part of a team, please complete the online application at or submit your cover letter and resume (preferably in PDF format) to the address below.The deadline to apply is Tuesday, December 22, 2020.
