SummaryIn this critical, highly visible Hardware Technology Engineering Program Manager (EPM) role, you will handle projects involving the design, integration, and launch of innovative Power Technologies for world-renowned Apple products including MagSafe, iPhone, iPad and Watch. You will play a key part in providing Apple customers with the best user-experience in the industry by driving the development and deployment of next-generation wireless power technologies. The Power Technology team features a driven, team-oriented environment working with creative and hard-working people and deals with innovative technologies. Help put together specification and validation plans and drive key design achievements from prototype through mass production builds. Identify project risks and drive mitigation plans. Help drive root cause analysis and ensure appropriate mitigations are in place and communicated. Clearly and accurately articulate risks and escalate when appropriate. Ensure inter-team and intra-team communications are efficient and effective. Proactive problem solver - identify and resolve gaps before they become issues.Education & ExperienceBS + 10 years of relevant experience.Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
