Project Manager - Construction

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This individual will be an integral part of a team and should have a variety of construction management experience.ResponsibilitiesTo manage multiple projects (depending on size) and these projects will include management and oversight of multiple stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.Oversees all aspects of the project including the contract, performance, billings, budgeting, scheduling, initiation, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases of the project.Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of the project.Lead and mentor additional KADCON staff assigned to support their projects (Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, etc.).QualificationsBachelor’s or associate degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or related field.At least 5 years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Proficient with the following software applications (at a minimum): MS Office and MS Project.About the CompanyKADCON is a well-established construction firm with over 30 years of experience in providing comprehensive design/build services, preconstruction consultation, project management, and general contracting services.
