OverviewJob Title: RPA Engineer, Automation AnywhereLocation: Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD (occasional meetings)Type: Contract to HireCompensation: 65.50Contractor Work Model: Mostly remote with occasional meetingsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support automation workflows using Automation AnywhereWork on browser-based GUI automation (approximately 90% of tasks)Support automation of scheduled jobs and some back-end processesUnderstand and work within an existing automation architecture and codebaseConduct unit testing and ensure readiness for deployment to upper environmentsBuild front-end automations primarily focused on claims processingUtilize FTP Direct for data integration and file transfersPerform light API integrations and support other automation services as neededCollaborate with QA and operations teams to ensure quality and performanceRemain adaptable to evolving RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere license through 2027)Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Automation AnywhereDemonstrated expertise in no-code/low-code RPA developmentStrong focus on GUI/browser-based automationExperience with claims or data-intensive processing workflowsKnowledge of data warehouse environmentsFamiliarity with secure file transfer methods such as FTP DirectExposure to API integrations and process automation beyond UI tasksQuick adaptability to additional RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate)Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with multiple RPA platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath)Familiarity with enterprise automation strategies and toolsUnderstanding of broader systems engineering tasks beyond automationEqual Opportunity EmployerSystem One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
