This role is responsible for designing end-to-end automation solutions that align with business goals, technical architecture, and standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with process design thinking to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative automation systems.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Solution DesignAnalyze business processes and design automation solutions that optimize performance and reduce manual effortCreate detailed design documents, process maps, and technical specificationsCollaborate with RPA developers, software engineers, and business analysts to ensure seamless implementationArchitecture AlignmentEnsure automation designs align with enterprise architecture and data modelsContribute to the development of reusable design patterns and frameworksIntegrate automation solutions with existing systems and platformsInnovation & PrototypingSupport the Innovation Hub by designing and testing prototypes that demonstrate new automation capabilitiesEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend design enhancementsGovernance & StandardsAdhere to CoE standards for documentation, metadata management, coding, and testingParticipate in design reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of design practicesSecurity & ComplianceIncorporate security and compliance requirements into automation designsCollaborate with security teams to ensure secure architecture and data handlingChange Management & CommunicationSupport change management efforts by documenting design rationale and communicating with stakeholdersAssist in training and onboarding teams to understand and adopt automation designsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred)3+ years of experience in automation design, process engineering, or solution architectureStrong understanding of automation technologies (RPA, workflow automation, scripting)Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and design documentationFamiliarity with enterprise architecture, data integration, and system interoperabilityPreferred Skills:Experience working in a Center of Excellence or enterprise automation environmentKnowledge of metadata management and technical documentation standardsExposure to AI/ML, low-code platforms, and cloud-based automation toolsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsBenefitsSince 1993, ITP has been providing reliable, cost-effective solutions to meet our customers' goals and objectives in the commercial and public marketplace.
