Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range: $57.00/hr - $57.00/hrPay Rate: $45-$56.25/hr on W2Job Title: Senior Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Minneapolis, MNCompany: Acro Service CorporationResponsibilitiesProvide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production.Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work vestigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.Assist development of new products.Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.About AcroAcro Service Corporation is a global professional services and contract staffing company that has provided IT, Engineering, and Professional services personnel to major corporations.
