Our Mission is to help our customers succeed by providing premier business solutions delivered by engaged employees through teamwork and excellence.ResponsibilitiesProject manage EPG (Electric Power Generation) projects including preparation of engineering submittals, equipment procurement, construction management, systems installation, equipment start up and quality control.Control finances and maintain the financial health of a managed project.Ensure customer/end user satisfaction.Provide engineering and application support to field service technicians, sales representatives and customers.Respond to engine customer technicalReview project documents for compliance with project requirements/specification.Facilitate engine appraisal and installationDesign and evaluate custom components or systems for unique customer applications.Work independently during entire course of the project with minimalOperational FunctionsPrepare project submittals as required per specs for equipment approval and subsequent release.Generate purchase orders and all other phases of procurement andFacilitate and organize equipment timely delivery to projectCoordinate product commissioning between service department and put data and manage projects in dealer project management programs.Send all test reports to customer and/or contractor and complete all necessary paper work as required for the project including final O&Ms, warranty registration and project closure.Additional responsibilities and functions may be needed to meet customer and organizational needs.QualificationsB.S. in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of experience in the industry, project management or in a closely related technology field is ideal.Knowledge of diesel engines, electric generator sets, transfer switches, power transmissions and other industry related applications is desired.Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office and Adobe is strongly preferred.Clear Understanding of fabrication shop practices and procedures.Up to 20% travel to the job sites will be required.Physical Requirements/Working ConditionsThis position will work in an office environment and jobsite visits.
