Manage Your Team, As TheyImprove ship designs and performance, develop hydrodynamic models and simulations, analyze existing ship' performance and determine solutionsDevelop Software Solutions to better predict ship performance, identify AI/ML and Digital Engineering tools that provide Carderock scientists with insight, collect and structure data across Carderock tests to improve machine learningProvide engineering and planning support to MSC ships in support of routine drydocking and maintenanceManage machine shop, electrical and supply chain technicians, both onsite at NSWC Carderock and at CACI's model shopMake the next Navy better!ResponsibilitiesAccountable for program performance, including cost, schedule and technical performance ($25M +)Brief stakeholders (customers, contract personnel) and corporate leadership on team's performanceDevelop required funding profile for team and coordinate funding documents with NSWC Carderock customersRequired QualificationsBS degree in applicable STEM science field (Naval Arch, Marine Eng, Ocean Engineering)15 years of experience with Navy Ship Acquisition, Design, Construction or Operations5 years of experience in support of NSWC CarderockDesired QualificationsMS degree in applicable STEM science field, MBA or MS degree in Technical Management20 years of experience with Navy Ship Acquisition, Design, Construction or OperationsProject Management Professional Certification10 years of experience in support of NSWC Carderock________________________________________________________________________________________What You Can ExpectA culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
