Your passion is for quality, excellence in service, and team coaching!Here are some essential qualities for being the best Maintenance Supervisor:Be responsible for the performance of the service team, while being a positive role modelProvide complete support to the Property Manager in upholding community and corporate standards, policies, and proceduresEnsure all safety measures are enforcedProvide coaching, mentoring, and personal goals to your staffSchedule daily activities efficiently, monitoring for quality and quantityBe familiar with property budgets and long-range planning recommendationsMaintain the shop, company equipment, supplies, inventory control, and ensure key securityInspect tour routes and models to ensure they look their bestProvide excellent customer service to residents and teammatesQualifications you already have:At least 2 years of experience managing maintenance needs of a communitySuccessfully led a team for at least 1 yearAbility to adapt to new technologiesProficiency in written and spoken EnglishComputer skills and related applicationsA good sense of humor — seriously, be funny!We Believe:Berkshire is committed to providing equal opportunity in all practices affecting employees and applicants.
