Join us in changing the way the world works.The Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources management and program implementation across the Flagship, TPM, and Infrastructure/Productivity organizations within Consumer Engineering. This includes managing HR programs, business partnership, employee relations, and legal compliance. We are seeking an experienced HR leader capable of partnering and influencing the Flagship Engineering leadership team and engaging with the global HR team, while helping drive the talent strategy for the business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Set and align the global talent strategy with business priorities to drive results.Define and deliver talent processes & programs globally.Actively participate in functional leadership teams as a partner to the business.Understand the business and its challenges to help address organizational and talent needs.Provide guidance and leadership to the Talent Services Partner.Develop and cultivate deep relationships with other HRBPs and Centers of Excellence.Assist with the change process as the company scales.Partner with Centers of Excellence to solve business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.Deliver short-term solutions while also addressing long-term challenges and underlying causes.Improve manager capabilities through coaching and management development programs.Use data to measure success, learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to support business municate effectively to diverse audiences and adapt messaging as needed.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:7+ years of HR experience.Demonstrated experience in various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:High integrity and commitment to safeguarding compliance standards and company values.Ability to operate at all levels of the HR spectrum—strategic, operational, and tactical.Experience with Centers of Excellence roles, such as HRIT, HR Operations, or Compensation.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Credibility and integrity in communication to ensure effective information flow.Ability to thrive in unstructured environments and work independently.Critical thinking skills with a track record of developing innovative solutions.Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
