This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a Treasure Island bathroom renovation project in San Francisco, CA. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery while serving as the central liaison between the contractor, client, and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Manage and administer the project’s construction contract as defined in the Contract DocumentsImplement and enforce Quality Plans to ensure work is performed in strict conformance with project requirementsMonitor environmental compliance and implement all required proceduresOversee project schedule, costs, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and maintain construction documentationSupport public outreach efforts related to the projectServe as theprimary point of contactfor contractors, the client, and external stakeholdersDirect the Construction Management (CM) team and ensure adherence to policies and proceduresInterface with the Engineer of Record (EOR) to support design needs during constructionReview and process technical submittals, RFIs, and change ordersParticipate in startup, testing, inspections, and contract closeoutEvaluate, resolve, and provide solutions to constructability issues in the fieldRequirements:Minimum5 years of experienceas a Resident Engineer, or Project Manager on vertical projectsValid Cal/OSHA 30 certificationrequiredDemonstrated experience managingRFIs, submittals, and change ordersStrong ability to work independently and efficiently, with proficiency in construction software and digital documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degreein Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineExperience in building renovation and public facility projects strongly preferredSubmit your resume with a detail project list, references, and expected salary in Microsoft Word File.Minority or female candidate encourage to apply.The applicant will be required to get the security and background clearance prior to starting work.
