The selected applicant will conduct commissioning, retro-commissioning energy audits, and limited HVAC/Mechanical design assistance services on a variety of property types. Experience performing commissioning services and cost/benefit analyses on energy improvements is required.A successful candidate has experience performing functional testing and building inspections for a wide range of building systems, including but not limited to:Air Handling UnitsChilled Water SystemsHot Water SystemsSteam SystemsPower DistributionPlumbingEmergency SystemsKnowledge of building Test and Balance, use of flow hoods, control system sensor calibration, and other calibrated testing instruments is preferred.
