Such equipment may include sewing equipment, foam fabrication equipment, motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, etc.Manage and maximize the output of plant equipment used in production, ensuring functional longevity and aesthetic quality of the products.Plan, delegate, and perform work that requires a thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories and principles, written specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and the principles of operation and application of electronic equipment.Directly manage all maintenance staff, contractors, OEMs to ensure safety, timely production, and completion of their projects.Collaborate with the Plant Director and Department Supervisors to ensure successful accomplishment of the site’s production needs.Perform other duties as assigned.Tempur Sealy is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
