Join Team Purple. Join IFS.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a visionary Industry Director to lead IFS's growth and establish market leadership within the Oil & Gas industry. You will define industry-specific solutions, drive strategic customer wins, and position IFS as the premier partner for digital transformation in this sector.As a senior leader with extensive experience engaging at an executive level, you will own the growth strategy for the Oil & Gas industry, combining domain expertise, solution knowledge, and business acumen to influence customers, guide product development, and execute successful go-to-market strategies.Key Responsibilities:Own and lead the global strategy for your industry vertical, establishing IFS as a recognized leader.Represent IFS at major industry events, forums, and media to shape market perception.Define and communicate executive-level value propositions aligned with industry challenges and trends.Engage with C-level stakeholders, support sales in high-value opportunities, and facilitate executive discussions.Translate industry requirements into product and solution innovations by collaborating with R&D and M&A teams.Develop targeted go-to-market strategies, content, and marketing campaigns for industry buyers.Build and strengthen relationships with partners, industry influencers, and bodies to foster joint growth.Provide internal teams and partners with tools, insights, and positioning to succeed in the market.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams to develop industry-specific strategies and ensure alignment across customer touchpoints.QualificationsVisionary, results-oriented leader with 12–15 years’ experience, including significant expertise in the Oil & Gas industry and enterprise software/SaaS.Proven success operating at a strategic level with influence at the board level.Ability to build and leverage relationships within complex ecosystems (customers, partners, internal teams).Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of industry dynamics, sales processes, and product strategy.Highly collaborative with effective cross-functional experience (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Partners).
