Mid-Level Electrical Engineer

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a candidate to provide electrical engineering and design for water and wastewater facility projects.Responsibilities:Serve as the lead electrical engineer on projects for water and wastewater facilities.Supervise less experienced staff working on teract with clients and engineers from other disciplines.Qualifications:5-10 years in electrical engineering and design.Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required.Knowledge in industrial power design, including medium and low voltage electrical power distribution, motor control, VFDs, lighting systems, equipment layout, and related activities.Good working knowledge of the NEC and related Codes.Good communication skills, including interaction with clients and contractors.AutoCAD experience is a must; Revit BIM software and SKM power systems software is desirable.Experience with instrumentation and control systems is a plus, including field and panel instruments, operator interfaces, and PLCs.Professional Engineering License is required.We provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes employer paid life insurance, 401k employer contribution (after 1 year of service), performance bonus, comprehensive family medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave (after 1 year of service), employee assistance and wellness programs.
