We’re backed by a culture of innovations and entrepreneurship, and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join us.The Production Manager reports directly to the SpeedPro of SF Peninsula studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.FunctionsLead the printing and production of client ordersInspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-readyOperate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plottersConduct inventory and procurementGraphic design services (unless outsourced)Smaller graphic installationsVehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveysPacking, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries when requestedUtilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes (Will train)Experience using the following:HP L560 64-inch wide-formatRIP printing software by OnyxBasic Adobe IllustratorKSKO Kongsberg XN24 (Cutting / Routing Table)Ideal Candidates Will Also Possess2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templatesExperience with AGFA Anapurna H3200i is a plusExperience with Laminator 65” GBC Arctic Titan is a plusEvents Setup ExperienceExperience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishingAssociate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design is a plusCompensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourWorking at SpeedPro and in the large-format printing industry, gives you a chance to be creative.
