What You'll DoProvide technical expertise and support to Facilities staff within the region.Oversee projects, review technical reports, prepare and review proposals, and assist in business development and marketing efforts by maintaining and developing client relationships.Lead and coach junior staff members and participate in regional responsibilities.Mentor Facilities Associate Principals and participate in review committees for candidates seeking Associate Principal designation (Facilities).What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related fields. Master-level certifications in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture are also acceptable.Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification such as Master Code Professional (MCP) from the International Code Council.
