Position: General SuperintendentLocation: Denver, CO & Phoenix, AZSalary Range: $110,000 - $160,000In business for over 40 years, my client is one of the most respected mechanical construction companies in the country. They specialize in MEP, water treatment, and steel construction, as well as industrial and commercial building maintenance and more. If you have over 5 years of experience in mechanical construction on $15M+ projects, let's connect!Position And Responsibilities OverviewDevelop plans on how to approach each projectMaintain and supervise CPMISchedule daily and weekly SOWsMaintain and track all tools, materials, and equipmentMonitor subcontractors and equipment suppliers and their quality of workCoordinate inspections and maintain relationships with inspectorsStay up to date on job cost and labor hour reports on a weekly basisAssist project managers with scheduling and resource/budget allocationMaintain required documentation on projectsTrain and mentor field personnel and participate in company-provided trainingEnsure accuracy of time cards before forwarding to corporate officesCloseout projects, including completion of punch list, final cleanup, demobilization, and other activities as requiredQualificationsBachelor's degree or similar combination of skills and knowledge5+ years of experience as a superintendent or similar management position with fiscal responsibilitiesResponsible for one or more departments or functions of the companyKnowledgeable in managing individuals and managers, as well as giving broader directionAble to determine and outline project goals, and anticipate roadblocks and complexitiesFamiliar with making authoritative decisions that have significant impact on the company and projectsBenefitsSalary range: $110,000 - $160,000Generous 401(k) plan w/ immediate company match (100% vested).Extensive medical plans including HSA and FSA options for you and your family.Dental, vision, and life insurance.Short-term and long-term disability plans.Paid holidays and time off. #J-18808-Ljbffr
